Guest Fee

All guests are $3.00 each. This includes extended relatives, sitters and summer guests. Please help us by paying in $1 and $5 bills only.

Pool Tag Late Fee

A late fee will apply after May 31st for all residents who have not yet acquired Pool Wrist Bands.
$5.00 per family

Pool Parties

Please plan your pool parties accordingly and ahead of time in order to save all involved from frustration.  

Four pools are available:

• Havenhouse Pool
• POA Pool
• Splash Pad only (private parties only)
• Splash Pad and Laguna

User Fee for all Pool Rentals = $50.00
$10 fee for 1-8 ft table and 12 chairs
Lifeguards are contracted separately from the POA through DS Recreational Services

Guest guidelines:

• Parties with 1-20 guests: 1 additional guard = $30.00 per hour
• Parties with 20-40 guests: 2 additional guards = $60.00 per hour
• Parties with 40-60 guests: 3 additional guards = $90.00 per hour
• Private Parties: 2 guard minimum for up to 40 guests = $60.00 per hour; 1 guard per 20 guest thereafter.

Private parties are considered before or after pool operating hours.
All pool parties must go through your POA On-Site Management Office.
All pool parties must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to party.
Pool parties may not be scheduled on Mondays when pool is closed or Holidays.
No pool parties will continue beyond 11:00 pm.
There is a two hour minimum for all parties.
In no event shall there be less than two lifeguards per 40 people, per private pool party inside the pool area.
